Shipping Policy:
Orders generally ship within 48 hours of placement from Monday to Friday of regular business weeks. Weekend & Holiday orders ship on the following business day. Daily processing deadline is 12:01 P.M. EST. Orders received after this time will process the next business day and will ship from the warehouse in 24 to 48 hours. Mail box orders may take an additional 24 hours for shipment. Estimated Delivery from time of shipment are: Ground: 5-7 business days, 3rd Day: 3 business days, 2nd Day Air: 2 business days. Order confirmations are provided to orders which supply email. Tracking information may be obtained by sending e-mail enquiry to sales@healthsafetypro.com. Please allow one business day for a response.

Product Returns:
The 30 day Money Back Guarantee applies to products which have this guarantee listed in the product information page.
The following return policy applies to all products which do not have a specific guarantee or special return policy listed on the product information page. Please note that a 15% restock fee applies to certain products. Mail box returns require a 25% restock fee according to the manufacturers’ requirements. Merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and restocking fees.
For returnable product call for a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N) within 30 days of invoice date at 1-866-507-9398 or email us at sales@lhealthsafeteypro.com. Returns must be in original manufacturer packaging and double boxed inside an outer shipping container. Send your return by Mail (with Delivery Confirmation) or alternate method with tracking capacity. The R.A.N. should be written clearly on the outside of the package (Sorry, we cannot accept unauthorized returns). Credits will not include shipping cost. Returned product must be received at our location within 2 weeks of the R.A.N issued date to ensure credit.
